The Star People

Once upon a time, three friends had a shared dream…they were given real stars by a mysterious woman. The mysterious woman said that these stars will give people the ability to become star people, people who can become stars at will and fly within space. The three friends accepted this offer and went on. Then, the girls woke up thinking it was a dream..but it was not…the star that the woman gave them was in their hands. After school, the three friends decided to use the stars so they can experience being star people. When this happened, the stars magically floated into the hearts of the girls. And a astounding transformation happened…the three friends became star people. Karen the intellectual one represented the shooting star, the friendly Paige glowed in warm flames, and Julia the playful one was bathed on cool ice. Soon, they decided to go in space, when they went up..it was beautiful seeing the stars in their natural habitat. And they admit, it was a lovely sight. And for the next few days in school, the girls would talk about their adventures in space and real life…little do they realize that their 2 other friends were left behind. Cass said glumly, they’re spending time without me again. Dianne said, ever since Tuesday…they have been talking to each other…Karen is not even greeting me hello anymore. Cass said, I know..and Paige is not even calling me..ugh. Dianne said, Cass do you want to join me for snacks? Cass smiled and said sure. Soon, the two friends spent time with each other..to alleviate the hurt of being left behind by their friends. A few weeks from now, the three girls went to space to see the sights. Paige suggested that they should see their friends…so Karen and Julia went along with her. Karen suggested that they should see Cass and Dianne’s houses. When the three went to Dianne’s place, they saw her hugging a pillow and asking why was she left behind. Karen said, we should go to Cass..maybe she’s alright. When they went there…they heard wails. It was Cass crying…since she can’t bear the hurt of being left behind. When the three saw what was really happening, they felt guilty and a sudden longing to talk to their friends. The three went back to space, Karen said…I feel sorry for Cass. Julie said, yeah…it’s so sad that when the three of us became closer, we also drifted away from Cass and Dianne. Paige said, yeah..they are our close friends…maybe we should cheer them up, but how? Karen said: why don’t we share our powers to them. Paige said, it’s a good idea! The next day, after school…the three friends went to space again and found the mysterious lady. The girls told about what happened yesterday, the lady said, it’s ok girls…I was supposed to find two people to hold these other stars. You should give it to them..they don’t deserve to be lonely and hurt. So the lady gave the two stars to the girls. Paige said, now how will we give these stars to Cass and Dianne? Karen said, I’ll do it..so she surveyed the Earth’s surface to find them. She saw Cass waiting for her fetcher, alone. Karen now sprinted to Earth to see her friend..but before she can even approach Cass..she had to revert back to normal. By removing the star in her chest, Karen shifted from being a star person to a regular high school girl. She approached Cass and chatted with her, Cass was happy to talk with her friend again. Here, Karen gave Cass a star, it was black and glowed purple. Karen told her friend that it was a symbol of their friendship. Cass accepted it right away, and Karen left. Cass wondered to herself what is this star about…but she was happy to talk with her friend once again. The next day, Karen approached Dianne during lunch. Karen also gave Dianne a star which was glowing brightly like lightning. After school, Dianne asked Cass…did Karen give you a star? As in a real one!  Cass replied, yep…I don’t really know the meaning..but she said it was a symbol of friendship. Dianne said, interesting..now I have a flashlight at night. Cass said, Karen must have a deeper reason to why she gave these stars. Suddenly, Paige, Julia and Karen arrived and said hi to the two girls. Paige said, guys we have a surprise for you! Cass said: what is it? Paige said, meet us tomorrow at the park at 5:00PM! IT will be fun since we’ll be catching up with the latest stuff in our lives while relaxing and please don’t forget to bring the stars Karen gave you. Cass and Dianne said yes. That night, when Cass fell asleep..she dreamed about space and seeing three bright stars shining brightly at her. The next day, Cass and Dianne went to the park to see the girls. Julia, Karen and Paige said hi to the girls. Karen said, we’ll here we are guys! Before we start the bonding, the three of us want to tell you something. First, sorry if we left you behind, second we’ll always be your friends now matter what..and finally we’ll show you something. The girls took out their stars, and placed it on their chests. Cass and Dianne were shocked to see their friends transform into ethereal beings. Karen said, we’re star people now..with these stars we are capable of becoming star people..beings who have the ability to become one with space..and with the universe. Julia said, ever since we became star people..we got engrossed with it so much..that we forgot you. Paige said, when Karen suggested that we should see you guys…you were in pain..we felt guilty, therefore we asked the lady to share the powers with you. Karen said, with it..we found two stars which are in your possession..now you won’t be left behind. You now have the power to become star people too, like us. Cass said with tears in her eyes, wow…I can’t believe you still care for Dianne and I..The girls said, we will always value our friendship..no matter what. As they hugged Cass and comforted her. After that, Karen said..I can’t wait to see the vastness of space with you two..Cass asked, how will we become star people like you? Paige told her, just put the star in your chest and the rest will follow. So, Dianne and Cass put their stars within their chest. And the star went in their bodies…soon Cass and Dianne transformed also. Cass became the night star while Dianne became the light star. Soon, Karen, Julia and Paige told the girls…you guys look awesome, now let’s fly into the vast space. Cass and Dianne followed suit with smiles on their face. Soon, the five girls went into space to celebrate their friendship.
